FM Tech is very much a family business. FM Tech was the idea of Adam Frost. Having worked in IT and developing an arsenal of technical skills and abilities Adam considered the idea of self employment as a part time job in addition to his current employment.
The idea was backed by his fiancee Laura Mitchell and the couple began to bounce ideas of one another. (This is where the FM comes from Frost-Mitchell)
Having previous experience in management roles, and having a good head for figures Adam took up the role of Company Manager, as well as Head Technician.
FM Tech gained a lot of work very quickly via word of mouth.
Adam began to train Laura so she could assist him with some of the Technical work, but by this point she had already taken on a roll as a business developer. She was running Social Networking for the company and increasing the client base as a result.
It seemed only logical that Andrew Frost, brother to Adam, joined the team. Andrew whilst only at University, is already a very experience and successful Web/Brand Developer.
This now meant the this family trio were now able to offer a full range of IT solutions, from Technical Troubleshooting to complete business brand development.
FM Tech are able to provide a new business with computers and laptops for the office, plus any support required for them. A website to the specification, with a whole range of marketing materials to match, such as business cards, headed paper, etc.
